How to initiate Adverse Action
When a report contains information that leads to a decision against hiring a candidate, you can initiate the Adverse Action process in the client portal.
1. Step 1. Click on the applicant's name.
2. When a report is complete, you can initiate the Adverse Action from the Orange Tree ClientConnect Portal.
Step 2. Click on Start Pre-Adverse Action to initiate adverse action.
3. Step 3. Click Yes, that you are sure you want to start the Pre-Adverse Action process.
4. Orange Tree will generate the Pre-Adverse Action letter and notify the candidate of the important documents to view in CandidateConnect.
