Now D&B users use the applicant tracking systems to electronically request, route and store background check release forms. After a candidate has completed the authorization form, the information goes to Orange Tree’s Background Check software, quickly and seamlessly.

Once the screening is completed, all results from Orange Tree are automatically sent into the applicant tracking system and attached to the candidate’s profile. The process is entirely automated, with no manual work by the recruiter.
